ELIGIBILITY: The BowFlex 840 Kettlebell Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of forty-seven states (47) of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years or older.

Residents of the state of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island are specifically excluded from this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or to win a prize in this Sweepstakes. Employees, and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of (“Sponsor”) Nautilus, Inc. are not eligible to participate or to win a prize in this drawing. HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. PT on 2/17/2020 and ends on 2/23/2020 at 11:59 p.m. PT (“Sweepstakes Period”). Follow, like, and comment on the giveaway posts (specifically the 2 posts asking for you to like/comment/follow for the giveaway entry) on either Instagram or Facebook for a chance to win. Share the post to spread the word. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT TO WIN. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted.

SELECTION OF WINNER: Potential winner(s) will be determined from all eligible entries received. There will be two (2) Grand Prize winners at the end of the Sweepstakes period, one from the eligible Facebook entires and one from the eligible Instagram entries. Winners will be chosen by the BowFlex marketing team by random drawing after the termination of the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be announced and notified via the social platform from 2/24/2020 – 2/26/2020 by replying and tagging them on the posts. The Winner will be asked in the reply via direct message so we can get their contact and shipping information. A social post/Story will also be made and shared on BowFlex Social accounts announcing the winner within the next 5 days following the end of the giveaway, no later than 2/28/2020. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Prize will be awarded by Nautilus, Inc. (“Sponsor”) management. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. No other substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize permitted. Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. All details not specified herein are the sole discretion of the Sponsor. PRIZE AND ODDS:

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) verified Grand Prize winner (“Winner”) from Facebook will be eligible to win (1) BowFlex 840 Kettlebell, and One (1) verified Grand Prize winner ( “Winner”) from Instagram will be eligible to win (1) BowFlex 840 Kettlebell; Approximate Retail Value $149.99. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

VERIFICATION OF WINNER AND DELIVERY OF PRIZE: Potential winners will be required to sign and return to Sponsor an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, where permitted, a publicity release within five (5) days of issuance. Prize may be forfeited and awarded to alternate winner if (i) affidavit/release(s) is not completed and returned within the specified time period, (ii) winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, (iii) prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or (iv) three (3) attempts to contact winner by email are unsuccessful.
