In the Kitchen: 3 Healthy Ways to Improve Your Eating Habits

When I'm talking to someone about trying to improve their health, one of the main questions that almost always comes up is, "What are the fastest ways to learn to eat better?" And while that may seem like a very difficult question to answer, I've found that there are three pretty simple things almost anyone can do to start to improve their eating habits right away:

The three simple tips I go over in the video are:

  1. Start the day off with a glass of water
  2. Shop on the outside isles of the grocery store
  3. Pick a time of day to stop eating

These three things may not sound like much, but starting off by making these three things a part of your routine is a very easy and great way to get a jumpstart on changing your eating habits to healthy ones.
