Good to excellent is common... extraordinary is rare! Phenomenal piece of equipment. UI that would make Apple proud! Efficient and effective at what it promises to do. If you're only buying one overall cardio and anaerobic machine...this is it!

Perfect choice for my cardio needs Years ago we had a full gym at our house. When we moved we downsized, got rid of our equipment, and joined a gym. When our country was locked down, we started buying new equipment for our home gym. Started off with BowFlex adjustable dumbbells and loved the feel, ease of use, and overall excellent construction. Hence my decision to invest in the Max Total 16. What an excellent investment. Smooth mechanics, easy to use touch screen, crystal clear picture, and great choice of exercise programs. Well worth the money. I'm now looking at the VeloCore bike.

The Adaptive Workouts are helping me on my fitness journey! I love the Adaptive workout program, with its coaching, and the video/locations I can select while I work out. Over 50 and a walk/tennis person, I thought this machine might be a bit too difficult (stair elliptical!) for me, but I am committed to better health, endurance, and strength and I am welcoming the challenge and will look forward to reaping the rewards!
