The Eight-Minute At-Home Abs Workout
If you still think that eight minutes is too short an amount of time to get in a great workout, think again. Shorter workouts can be extremely effective when done correctly, especially when it comes to working the abdominals. Far too many people spend far too much time working their abs in an attempt to "spot-reduce" the fat around their midsections. When it comes to working your abs the "secret" is to focus on short, consistent sessions. Frequency over duration. Quality over quantity. This should be great news – You can see great results without having to crank out an endless number of crunches.
Working the abs for just eight minutes can be extremely challenging, in fact, as you will experience when you try this workout. It has four exercises that you will do for 45 seconds each, with 15 seconds rest in between, two times through.
